- Supporting elders in making doctors’ appointments and accompany them whenever needed - Constantly communicating with the community district nurses in order to provide all adequate moving & handling equipment from NHS - Assessing residents’ needs on a regular basis and giving feedback to the elders’ relatives whether they need further treatments
